| Position Summary |
The Department of Biochemistry & Molecular Biology (BCMB) at the University of Georgia (UGA) invites applications for postdoctoral research associates in computational biology and AI-driven molecular science.
Successful candidates will work at the interface of AI, computation, biology, and chemistry, with opportunities spanning:
Projects emphasize both methodological development and chemically/biologically relevant applications, with access to high-performance computing resources and strong interdisciplinary collaborations.

| Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position |
Ph.D. in computational biology, bioinformatics, chemistry, computer science, applied mathematics, or a closely related field. Strong background in one or more of: machine learning, molecular modeling, protein structure, or biological data analysis; Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment; Experience with Python, C/C++, or related scientific programming languages preferred.
